You can use this to make Hamentaschen: Roll dough to ⅛-inch thick, cut into 2½ inch circles, fill (see Poppy Seed Filling or Prune Filling or buy commercial fillings), form into triangles, brush with beaten egg and bake for 15-18 minutes at 350º F convection).
